Irma specializes in project evaluation, social innovation ecosystems, and sustainable development initiatives.

With experience spanning creative industries, co-working ecosystems, and sustainable tourism ventures, she brings a multidisciplinary understanding of how local initiatives scale responsibly.

As a Partner at Konstelasi Accelerator within the Supernova Ecosystem, Irma has worked closely with early-stage founders and impact-driven ventures.

At Giving Back, she leads project onboarding and initial review processes, ensuring submissions meet clarity, feasibility, and transparency standards before entering the funding stage.

Jeanne brings over three decades of international experience in marketing strategy, corporate leadership, and governance communication.

Her background spans major global organizations including CNN International, Korean Broadcasting System, Standard Bank Africa, British American Tobacco, and Emirates Consortium LLC.
